Edwin Hubble formulated his observations of redshifted galaxies in 1929. The fact that most galaxies are moving away from each other is great evidence for an expanding universe and the big bang theory.

The background image shows the redshift of a solar corona taken with the LASCO C1 coronagraph.

You know, you're not that bad, but you're not that good either.

I suppose it's the lack of content per panel that leaves me feeling empty (especially since this one and the previous one are jokeless), but from the comments, I see you're quite witty. If you could put that kind of effort into the comic it would be quite readable.

Although the gentle mockery is a pleasant surprise (it has been a long time since I saw someone ridiculing the bible without resorting to vitriol) it lacks punch.

Hmmm. Perhaps you could team up with an artist, or something, so that you could focus, exclusively, on writing the comic?

I understand that the comic seems pretty dull one panel at a time, but even a well-written Batman comic would be dull if you could only read one panel every day. Also, trying to mix humorous ridicule with scientific knowledge is a herculean task!

I plan on combining a couple hundred panels for a book (once I get a couple hundred panels, that is). I think that reading it in rapid succession will make the comic seem much more interesting.

And if you know any qualified graphic artists that are willing to work for recognition alone, send them my way! I'd love to exploit... I mean, promote their talents.

HA! Herculean task. Blaspheming a demi-god in order to blaspheme a god. I love it.

Okay, maybe I'm just weird...

Ah-HA - RED - they admit it - they just said they were REDS - the scientists are all communists and liberals and they are just trying to keep children from loving Jesus by forcing them to listen to their propaganda in school! They will turn our children into mindless communist zombies!!

*ahem*

Oh, if you are wondering where I'm getting this stuff ... it's from my family. Yeah. They're like this. They're crazy. How did I survive it without going crazy myself? Well, obviously I didn't, did I? Heh.

@This Site is a FAIL.: Apparently, to you, having equal rights in our titles equates to adultery.

Katy writes:

Well, obviously, because it forwards the feminist agenda (which is, of course, to make all women adulteresses and baby killers), which is the same as the gay agenda (1. feed cat 2. dry cleaning 3. propagate the gay lifestyle among all people 4. pick up groceries), which is all a plot of the communists to make our children godless atheists! Silly Guru ...

Big Bang Theory claims all galaxy groups and/or clusters are moving away from each other not all individual galaxies.

I have been surfing online greater than 3 hours lately, yet I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is lovely price enough for me. Personally, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net might be a lot more helpful than ever before.
