The fruit of knowledge of good and evil apparently granted humans the knowledge that any time we don't have clothes on, we're despicably evil. I want you to remember that the next time you take a shower... sinner.
This silly conversation takes place in Genesis 3:9-11.
Due to The Blasphemer's Bible becoming a big success for my web site, I've decided to give it its own domain. If you're still linking to thealmightyguru.com/Blasphemy, please update your links to www.blasphemersbible.com. Thank you! |

| Now wait a minute! I was told god was all-knowing, all-powerful etc. Why does he need to know who told them they were naked? Shouldn't he already know. And in fact, he should have known it the instant they ate the apple. And since he's supposed to be all-good, he should have prevented the incident in the first place. |

just you writes:
| surely you should be asking why god bothered to not give them this new knowledge if he already knew this was gonna happen? |

Winterset writes:
| Obviously he did give them this new knowledge. He just did it in the only way possible in order to have an excuse to introduce sin and eternal damnation. 'Cuz, you know, without the ability to torture your favorite children with an excuse, what good is it to be all-powerful? |

| No offense, but the domain change you did, it reminds me of God. What I mean is that you were able to, but didn't do it. Just like God with a lot of other, MORE IMPORTANT things.
But yeah, back on the subject of the comic, God really needs to tap into it's omniscience more often. |

| does it strike anyone else strange that an all-knowing god doesn't know why they know they are naked? |

| mmm, I see that other people have posed the same question, I suppose I answered my own question |

| God obviously fell out of heaven and bumped his head resulting in amnesia. He probably asked "why are you naked". XD |

| There are various theories about God setting up Adam and Eve to disobey so he had an excuse to kick them out of Eden, so they would grow up. It's really God who is guilty. |

| It's my supposition that God might be asking in the manner of a rhetorical question and or for the specific purpose of making them own up to their guilt. An example of this kind of thing would be a parent asking their children which of them was guilty of some wrongdoingin order to get the guilty party to own up to their mistake. |
